David Marco Ciscar
David Marco is a Spanish licensed Architect, City Planner, and Design strategist with a cross-disciplinary approach involving Architecture, Branding, and Art direction. He holds a Post Professional Master of Design Research with Distinction from SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture, Los Angeles), a Bachelor and Master of Architecture winning the Best Final Thesis Prize from ETSAB (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona, Spain) and a Master of Science in Advertising, Art Direction and Copywriting from the University of Valencia, Spain.
David has worked with internationally recognized architects, designers, and educators including Michael Sorkin (NY), Michael Rotondi (LA), and Alex McDowell (LA) among others. Before founding Sunsetize, he worked as Project Architect at RoTo Architecture, Design strategist at USC Cinematic Arts in addition to teaching positions at SCI-Arc (Los Angeles), and ETSAB (Barcelona).
George Smyrlis
George Smyrlis is a Greek Architect whose interests and expertise lie within the realm of architecture, design, and digital media. He is licensed in the UK (RIBA partII) and Greece (TEE), he holds a bachelor’s from the University of East London and a master’s degree from De Montfort University. As well as a post-graduate master’s from SCI-Arc, Los Angeles, whereupon graduation he worked for Amphibianarch, LA, and Meis Studio, NY. He started attending GNOMON School of visual effects in Hollywood, which he discontinued to start his practice, GSARC.
Since then his work has involved a wide range of genres from residential projects, office spaces, commercial spaces, hotels, bars, exhibition stands, pavilions to brand and visual identity projects to animation projects. His work is extensively published and among the clients, he has worked for are VW group, Franke, Coca-Cola, Mardioco, Higkon S.A., Office Plus, Kapopoulos Fine Arts, Accutech.
